Service Use

You may use Tokenwiser only in compliance with applicable law and these terms. You are responsible for activity under your account.

Billing

Paid subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring monthly basis according to the plan you choose. Billing is processed by Paddle or another authorized payment provider we may designate. By subscribing, you authorize recurring charges until cancellation.

Cancellation Policy

You can cancel your subscription at any time from your billing portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period unless otherwise required by law. You will retain access to paid features until the period ends.

Refund Policy

For purchases processed by Paddle, refund requests are accepted within 14 days of the initial purchase date for first-time purchases, or within 14 days of the most recent renewal date for subscription renewals. Requests outside this 14-day window are not eligible for refund.

Availability

We aim for reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. We may update, suspend, or discontinue features at any time.

Limitation of Liability

Tokenwiser is provided on an "as is" basis. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from service use.
